Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

We currently ship to the United States and South Korea only.
Shipping to both the U.S. and South Korea is free. No additional shipping charges will apply at checkout.

All orders are shipped from South Korea. U.S. delivery may take 7–21 business days depending on location.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, holidays, or import taxes.

We hope to expand international shipping to more countries in the future.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, as we are not liable for lost packages due to input errors.

Return / Exchange Policy

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, you may contact us within 3 days of delivery at rha.label2025@gmail.com to request an exchange or refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify.
